Common Questions

• My content didn't sync to iCloud. Make sure iCloud sync is enabled in the App and that you are signed in to the same Apple ID on all devices. Content is stored in your own iCloud account managed by Apple.
• I deleted a node by mistake. Deleted items are removed from local storage and iCloud. Check if you have a backup before sync was enabled.
• The App feels slow. Try closing other apps or restarting the device. Very large projects with many images may take longer to render.
